The Coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis has created an unprecedented demand for pharmacy products and we are significantly busier than usual, but our staff are working hard to look after all our patients. During these uncertain times, please order only what you need and give us more time to prepare your medicines safely.

Following the government guidelines for social distancing and mirroring many health establishments, we now have a two-person limitation in the shop at once, we kindly ask that you adhere to these rules. 

​

We are doing everything we can to have prescription deliveries to your door in a timely manner, please be patient at this time as even though we are increasing our delivery slots to keep up with demand.

With numbers of confirmed cases rising, we ask that any customers presenting even the most minor symptoms of coronavirus refrain from coming into the pharmacy. We completely realise that although you yourself may feel in control of any symptoms, we do have to protect a large number of at-risk-groups, as well as our staff and our ability to care for our community.

Our phone lines are currently ringing off the hook, to ease the pressure on our staff, can we kindly ask that you send an email to pharmacy@gmx.co.uk if you cannot get through this allows us to deal with all requests in order and free up our dispensing staff to take care of patient medications.
